Fast Folder Eraser is a small utility that helps you delete large folders that contain many files. Windows’ deletion method takes a very long time if you have tens of thousands of files. This application executes the job faster. The difference in speed is not huge but it is quite noticeable.
The simplicity of the interface is pleasant. Various options are correctly organized in four tabs. In the Settings tab you can set program behavior, depending on what you want to achieve. You can set it to delete the entire folder, just the content from the first level or everything else except the first level.
If you don't want the program's window to clutter your desktop, you can make it work in the background.
For comfort and faster processing, you can set the program to add a shortcut in your right click context menu, useful if you often need to erase large folders.
